Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! If you do not see your region as available during checkout, please contact us and we will add it immediately.

What is your policy on repairs?

So long as the issue being repaired is not the result of user misuse (this includes the use of the wrong type of power supply), Malaise Forever will repair the issue for free. Simply contact us to coordinate shipping the pedal back to us and we will work to fix the issue as quickly as possible. You will also be responsible for paying to ship the pedal back to you.

If the repair is the result of misuse, you will be charged the cost of components used, as well as labor. This can be discussed after the problem and its scope are identified.

What is your policy on refunds/returns?
Refunds and returns are only granted in the event that a package arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all. If an item arrives damaged, a return will be accepted for a refund or repair/exchange if applicable. If a refund is needed, one will only be granted after the courier investigates the issue and issues a refund resulting from the insurance included on each package.

Can I get shipping for cheaper?
Shipping includes insurance for the full value of the package in the event that something goes wrong during shipping. For domestic orders, shipping can be reduced by dropping the insurance coverage. If this is something you would prefer, please contact me and we can work out a shipping cost without insurance. Please note: if the package is uninsured then all risk of damage or loss will be assumed by the buyer.
